The mission of the church is to glorify God by making disciples. Based on the pattern of Paul in the book of Acts and his Epistles, the way disciples are made in any culture and generation is by evangelizing strategically, baptizing and instructing new disciples in the first principles of Christ and His Apostles in the context of the local church, and training and appointing equipping shepherd leaders over them to assist them in their identity as a part of Christ's church and to replicate this process.
Our task is to make disciples who make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20).
Our goal in this task is to entrust the kerygma and the didache of the NT to faithful men who will be able to teach others also (II Timothy 2:2). Put another way, it is to identify faithful men who can be entrusted with the kerygma and didache by testing, training, and affirming them in the local church in character and competency.
