Will the church still have a congregational government?
Yes, as currently, the leaders present recommendations to the church members to consider and vote on that concerning the unity of the church. With the approval from the congregation of shepherd candidates out of the congregation who meet biblical qualifications, there will be even more of a representation and natural connection and implementation of a congregational church government.
